Where we work from
Our shop is at 72 Harris Ave in Hewlett, in the Five Towns corner of Nassau County. From there we cover all 70 towns — the South Shore and barrier island communities, the western villages along the Queens line, the Levittown and Hicksville corridor through the middle, and the North Shore from Great Neck out to Bayville.
How we quote
You get a number before we start work, and that number is what you pay. No surcharge for evenings or weekends, no line item that appears on the invoice and not the estimate. If we find something on arrival that genuinely changes the scope — a pet contamination problem that's reached the pad, say — we stop and tell you what it means for the price before continuing.
What we'll tell you not to do
Sometimes cleaning isn't the answer. Carpet at the end of its life won't come back, urine that has soaked into subfloor needs more than a topical treatment, and a rug with dye bleed from a prior cleaning may not be recoverable. We'd rather say that on the phone than take the job and disappoint you.

Water damage is the reason. Wet carpet and pad caught in the first hours is a drying job; the same water two days later is a mold remediation job at several times the cost. Being reachable at any hour is the difference between those two outcomes.
