Estimates
Estimates are provided free and are based on the information available at the time. If conditions on arrival materially change the scope, we will tell you before proceeding.
Scheduling
Appointment windows are our best estimate. Emergency water damage calls may shift a scheduled window, and we will contact you if that happens.
Results
We describe expected results honestly and will tell you in advance when we believe cleaning will not resolve a problem. Pre-existing wear, permanent staining, and fiber damage cannot be reversed by cleaning.
Offer terms
The $20 online booking discount applies to a single service visit and cannot be combined with other offers. Mention it when booking.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless other arrangements are agreed in writing beforehand.
